Policies
ATV Rental Benefits.All new and late model ATV's are at the NJORVP ready for you to use, no worry about transporting units.
We also have a gear rental package to help keep you safe and comply with the NJORVP rules.
None of our ATV's are passenger friendly.
Full day emergency ATV roadside assistance is provided for towing, jump-starting and fuel delivery, if needed.
Unlimited mileage.
10 minute tour of the park.
Reservations and Cancellations.
Reservations are highly recommended to insure availability and the preferred ATV of your choice.
No refunds of deposit, unless the park is closed(weather, etc)
Reservations are not refundable.
But are transferrable(must use the reservation within the following 4 weeks, must notify us 24 hours prior to reserved date).
Based on your reservations we may add more units to our fleet, and increase our staff.
To check availability, please pick the unit, then choose the date.
If you don't see the date you want available, the unit may have already been reserved or has a scheduled service that day.
You may then look for another unit for that day or shoot us an email and we may be able to get another.
Please make your reservations 3 days in advance.
You may drop in, and rent what has not been reserved.
At the NJORV Park we only accept PayPal or Cash.
If you want to Pay with Visa, Mastercard or Diecover you must make your reservation on-line three days in advance.
Don't forget we require a refundable security deposit.
Please bring your Drivers License, Social Security Card and a Credit Card.
We need three forms of ID in order to rent to you.
We also have the complete gear packages to rent. No credit refunds for early returns, unused portion of rental, late pick-ups or undesirable weather conditions.
All credit card reversals are subject to a $5.00 administration fee.
$55 (US) per hour or portion thereof will be charged to your credit card for late returns commencing 15 minutes after scheduled time.
Standard Motorcycle Insurance
Motorcycle insurance is required and is not included in the rental fee. Expect to pay an additional $15 per day for insurance.
We provide third party liability, property damage, comprehensive & collision insurance coverage on all our rental motorcycles. Limit of coverage from $300,000 to a maximum of $1,000,000 (million U.S. dollars) per occurrence against claim of bodily injury and property damage.
All coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms of the rental contract and do not include coverage for personal property, or damage as the result of negligence on the part of the renter for illegal use of motorcycle or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
The purchase of OPTIONAL INSURANCE PLUS will reduce rental clients liability for physical damage or collision and increase limits of liability.
RENTAL RULES MUST BE COMPLIED WITH AT ALL TIMES.
Rental Discount Programs
We have coupons with specials attached, you must have the coupon to quailify, one coupon per rental.

Rental Requirements
Drivers license from any state or country.
Must be eighteen (18) or twenty five (25) years of age.
Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.
Security deposit of $500 (US) or $1000 (US) authorized on credit card.
Payment Information.
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.
Major Holidays
We are closed on most major holidays(Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Easter) and everyday the NJORVP is closed. Holiday pickups and returns are considered on a special request basis only and may result in additional charges.
Business Hours
Most weeks we are open 7 days a week. Resevations can be made 24/7 by using our online reservation system.
